SORTING: ~Separate Box Tops coupons into bundles of 50. Secure them only with string, rubber bands ro in plastic baggies. ~Tally and bundle Bonus certificates separately from Box Tops coupons. Only make one bundle of Bonuses for your submission, regardless of the number of Bonus points. ~Box Tops coupons and Bonus certificates can be submitted in the same box or envelope when mailing. Just be certain to not mix them together when bundling. PREPARING: ~Include a prepared Submission Form with every box or envelope of box Tops coupons and Bonus certificates mailed to General Mills. There is no limit to the number of bundles included in each box or envelope ~Submission Forms are available in the Coordinator's Kit and online at boxtops4education.com under Support Materials/Submission Forms. ~Make certain to fill out the entire form. Include all requested submission information and determine value of box Tops and bonus in the box or envelopes. Don't forget to sign and date the form at the bottom as well. ~Use the pre-addressed mailing labels included with the Coordinator's Kit.
